Please read these terms carefully before using the c24 platform. By registering or using the platform, you fully accept these terms.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any services on c24 (https://c24.bio), you automatically accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all registered and unregistered users of c24 and the platform. c24 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the platform is only open to users aged 18 or older.

Account Creation & Security Rules
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- A person is allowed to create only one account.
- Creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and may lead to account termination.
- The email and phone number provided during registration must be valid and belong to you.
- Keeping your login password confidential is your responsibility.
- Sharing account information with third parties is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
- C24 may request necessary documents at any time to verify your identity.
- Withdrawals or certain benefits may be temporarily suspended if verification is incomplete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Every user must follow a specific code of conduct when using the c24 platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting fraud, cheating, or any dishonest advantage.
- Attempting to hack or damage the platform’s software, algorithms, or security systems.
- Attempting to use or collect another user’s account information.
- Misusing promotional offers or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Using any automated tools, bots, or scripts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
C24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if any rule is violated.
Payment, Transactions & Bonus Terms
All transactions on c24 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the platform. Depositing on behalf of a third party is not allowed — only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted.
Identity verification must be completed before requesting withdrawals. Withdrawal processing usually takes 1–5 business days. Withdrawal amounts cannot exceed the actual balance. Bonus balances require fulfillment of specified turnover conditions before withdrawal.
Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions. You must meet the turnover requirements within the specified time after receiving the bonus. Failure to meet these conditions may result in automatic cancellation of the bonus. c24 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
C24 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual transactions. During an investigation, the related account and funds may be temporarily frozen. If illegal activity is confirmed, c24 is obliged to seize the funds and report to the relevant authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
C24 may temporarily or permanently close a user’s account under the following circumstances:
- Detection of terms violations or fraudulent activities.
- Failure to provide requested documents for identity verification within the specified time.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period (according to the inactive account policy).
- If evidence of violation of Bangladesh laws or regulations is found.
- If the user voluntarily requests account closure.
If an account is closed with a valid balance and no violations, withdrawal of funds will be allowed. However, balances may be confiscated if terms are violated.
Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the c24 platform—including logos, designs, content, software, and games—is protected under c24’s intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written permission from c24.
C24 partners with third-party game providers. Their own terms may apply. c24 is not liable for any loss caused by third-party services or links.
External links on the platform are not controlled by c24. c24 is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of external sites.
Liability & Applicable Law
The c24 platform is provided "as is." Continuous service is not guaranteed, and technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. In such cases, c24’s liability is limited.
C24 is not responsible for the following:
- Losses related to games or bets caused by internet disconnections.
- Technical errors from third-party game providers.
- Account information leaked due to user negligence.
- Legal restrictions on accessing services in the user’s region.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through the competent courts or arbitration in Bangladesh.
